Senior Accountant

Supervises Business Office Personnel, prepares annual operating and capital budgets under the direction of the Executive Director, and generates fiscal/grant reports.

Secretary

Secretary to the Executive Director for Financial Services and Construction Accountability, prepares bid packets, board reports and special projects.

Mori Martinez, ext. 1304

Payroll

Posts employee earnings and deductions, prepares and distributes payroll for all staff, maintains employee benefits records and processes payroll payables.

Sherry Fox, ext. 1102

Accounts Payable

Maintains district accounting records and processes accounts payables according to standard accounting procedures.

Pete Garcia, ext. 1108

Mail Room

Processes all incoming and outgoing mail for the district including deliveries from couriers and delivery trucks.
